A well day I spent yesterday in k.terengganu.. Morning 7am we started to move from Bachok to Terengganu, it took 2 and half an hours journey to reach k.terengganu with my team.. Just a small research we went through there about mix cultures. Here i want to share about Mek Kebaya traditional in Chinatown K.terengganu.. I met uncle Teo to get more informations about the traditional, Mek is a name to call for woman and awang for male in terengganu loghat. Every week saturday there will be 2 models of mek kebaya will carry baskets and walk around in chinatown wearing kebaya to attract tourist and visitors also to promote their culture. This culture is mix of Malay and Chinese. The beauty of chinese womens wearing kebaya is quite interesting.. I would like to share some photos I travel to the places in Kuala Terengganu so far.
